Musique en Wallonie 0207
2002
All of the music on this recording comes from Manuscript 215-216 of the Bibliothèque royale de Belgique in Brussels, an early 16th-century illuminated book dedicated to the Feast of the Seven Sorrows of the Virgin and prepared by the famous Burgundian court scriptorium of Petrus Alamire. The chants are performed by Psallentes, and the polyphonic works by Capilla Flamenca. — medieval.org
